Join the next KHA Town Hall meeting on Tuesday August 22 at 3:00 p.m. (ET) to learn more about the new Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) program. This new KHA program, in partnership with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Foundation will work to address Kentucky's workforce issues in the health care industry by:

• Building talent supply chains that support career awareness, exploration, and experience opportunities in the hospital industry;
• Recruiting talent into hospitals and educational programs by convening and connecting stakeholders;
• Aligning public and private resources to develop and maintain talent pipelines; and
• Identifying and share regional best practices to support critical jobs needed for various types of hospitals.

The Kentucky Chamber Foundation's Sara Tracy will delve into the program, introduce the TPM Regional Managers, and outline how your facility can work with your regional manager to recruit students into your local schools and professionals into your hospitals.
