The FEMA COVID-19 disaster incident period passed on Thursday, May 11 and FEMA has set deadlines to submit final project applications. FEMA’s deadline is for submitting project at the 90% federal cost share is November 7, 2023.  However, Kentucky Emergency Management is requiring submissions be completed by July 7, 2023 in order for the State to review, process, and submit the projects to FEMA in advance of the deadline.  Ernst & Young will join KYHA to talk more about these upcoming deadlines, how you can claim eligible costs under the COVID-19 declaration, and how to avoid some of the most common FEMA submission pitfalls.
