Please join KHA for a virtual Special Town Hall meeting on Thursday, April 13 at 11:00 a.m. ET for a presentation on Senate Bill 150 (SB150).

SB 150, which incorporates aspects of House Bill 470, has now been passed over Governor Beshear’s veto.  SB 150 has an emergency provision in Section 5, which means the legislation is effective immediately. This presentation will include an analysis of SB 150 and provide guidance to the KHA membership on current and future best practices in light of this legislative change.
