This presentation will include an overview of what it means to be an age-friendly health system, a discussion of the 4 M's and how they were implemented at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

1. Identify the 4M framework and how it applies to current facility practices
2. Discuss age-friendly health system requirements and how to fulfill them in acute care
3. List the interventions made to implement the 4Ms in acute care settings
